ICEF is authorized by the U.S. Department of State to administer the BridgeUSA program.
ICEF facilitates cultural exchange programs and fosters an appreciation for American culture by identifying internship and training opportunities in the United States that are available to foreign university students and young professionals who are seeking to enhance their careers.
We have over fifteen years of experience successfully arranging exchange programs, so whether you are seeking a J-1 internship or training opportunity in the U.S., or you are an American business interested in providing an incredible learning experience for an enthusiastic young professional, it starts with us.

Our Mission
Our mission is to facilitate meaningful cultural exchange and professional development through the BriegeUSA program.
ICEF serves as a vital link between interns/trainees and American host organizations. Not only do we provide technical assistance to candidates applying for J-1 visa sponsorship and support to participants throughout the duration of their program, but we also collaborate with U.S. businesses to help ensure their understanding of the benefits to their company and compliance with J-1 program requirements.
Scope of Work

Review candidate qualifications to ensure the proposed training program is suitable, and the candidate’s education and experience meet the eligibility criteria stated under U.S. Department of State exchange program regulations.

Identify U.S. businesses that are interested in hosting a J-1 intern/trainee and educate them on J-1 program requirements and federal regulations.

Provide pre-arrival orientation to help prepare participants for their internship or training program in the U.S.

Support participants throughout the duration of their internship or training program, and help ensure their health, safety, and well-being while in the U.S.

Ensure interns/trainees participate in cultural activities that will provide them with an understanding and appreciation for American traditions.

Help ensure compliance with federal regulations outlined for J-1 exchange visitor programs.
